Common questions
- Which areas do you deliver to?
- Nearby areas, in about 45 minutes. Delivery is free. Not sure if we reach you? Send us a message and we'll tell you.
- How can I pay?
- Cash on delivery or at the counter, or JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank transfer: send the payment, then enter the transaction ID at checkout (you can attach a screenshot too). We confirm it before cooking.
- Can I eat at the shop?
- Yes. Dine-in and takeaway are available at the counter during opening hours; online ordering is for delivery and pickup.
- Where is my order?
- Open the order link you got after checkout, or use My orders in the header on the phone you ordered from. It updates live as the kitchen works.
